Before proceeding with deisgn, Saltmedia requires clients to supply the full content of the website in a suitable and organised format. Delays in supplying content or providing content that is disorganised will cause delays to the design process. Any significant changes to content after beginning the design stages of the website maybe subject to further charges and fees, so make sure all content submitted is final before proceeding with design of your website. Once design is approved, Saltmedia will begin coding the website. After coding has commenced any changes to the design of the website may also incur additional charges and fees.

It is the client's responsibility to obtain proper and legal copyright permission for all content submitted to Saltmedia. This includes text, graphics, photographs, corporate identity and trademarks. Any images, design, and photographs supplied by Saltmedia have copyright permission and are not the clients responsibility. Saltmedia is not responsible for the marketing or search engine placement of the website.

If at any stage the website project is cancelled by the client, Saltmedia may charge for the time spent to the date of cancellation, or up to the full value of the quote, and any additional alteration expenses. If Saltmedia is required to wait for more than 14 days for client feedback or approval then Saltmedia will bill the outstanding amount. For delays of more than 6 months, when Saltmedia is required to continue work, Saltmedia may change the quote to more accurate rates of the day. Full payment is required before handing over all website files, or being uploaded to the client's server.
